Deadly force
Four police officers serving a felony warrant for drug dealing encountered Chris Chipman in his wheelchair, fiddling with his waistband. An officer searched Chipman and found two knives and a handgun. The officer and Chipman struggled over the gun. Another officer shot and killed Chipman.
