Police responding to a report of domestic dispute found one woman threatening another with a knife. Officer T.J. Bloch ordered the armed woman to put the knife down. Instead, she approached him with it in a "threatening manner." He shot her. She was shot 3/25/14 and died at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital 3/28/14.
