Around 11 a.m., an SUV stopped in the parking lot of the Dahlgren Weigh Station, a woman got out of the other and started running away. The man driving got out and allegedly fired a handgun at the woman. A trooper and a Virginia State Police Commercial Other Enforcement Officer engaged the driver and shot and killed him.
