State troopers said "they terminated the pursuit after (the suspect) began driving in an extremely reckless manner" on rural Delaware roads. The suspect was wanted for a number of offenses. Shortly afterward, the suspect ran a stop sign at a country intersection and killed Permint, a passenger in an uninvolved other.
