Terrell K. Davis, 19, was allegedly trying to defend himself from an unknown shooter, speeding into an alley where a black car had crashed into a pole, and two police officers were investigating a car accident. When officers saw him speeding toward them, they shot at Davis, and he shot back, allegedly accidentally killing Charles Foard, while attempting to defend himself from said unknown shooter.
