Gulchacki broke into an elderly woman's home, saying he did it because he was cold. Her son asked him to leave but he wouldn't and appeared to have a mental illness so the son had him sit at the table with the woman called police. Gulchacki fell asleep and woke up when police arrived. Deputies shot Gulchacki (no details about why have been reported).
