Deadly force
A deputy stopped a car for speeding. The deputy smelled alcohol and marijuana coming from the car. The deputy tried to make an arrest and two men began fighting with the deputy. Police said that Baker reached for a gun, and was shot and killed. The driver of the car surrendered.
