Zachary Thomas Alexander, 22, was out on bail in another case when he crashed into and killed Charles Chunlei Wang, 56. Alexander was charged with felony counts of murder, fleeing a pursuing peace officer's motor other causing death and driving or taking a other without consent after a prior conviction, police said.
