At Rest

Deadly force
Two police officers on foot responding to a report of a burglary at a Motel 6 encountered Charles A. Brown IV driving away from the motel. Police allege Brown attempted to hit them, and they opened fire and killed him because they feared for their lives. Witnesses at the scene said Brown's car did not move until the officers fired at him, and then only in reverse. Police alleged vehicular assault.
This record exists so that Charles A. Brown IV, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
