Deadly force
Following a carjacking, in which a person was shot twice, police found the stolen car in a Walmart parking lot. They watched the car and saw several people get in and out of the car while waiting for backup. The car started to move, and police blocking the car in. The passenger in the car got out of car, but the driver didn't get out and brandished a gun. Two officers fired on Chad Cochell, killing him.
