Chad Setzer was a suspect in a burglary at Wright's Realty/Notary, where cash and a pistol were stolen. Five troopers and a Port Allegany Borough Police officer went to a home to serve an arrest warrant on Setzer. When Setzer came outside, he shot at the officers, and he was shot and killed.
