Deadly force

Officers pursued Stanley after a hit-and-run incident. He fled the area and hit a pedestrian with his car, pinning the victim against another other. Then he hit several other cars and fled on foot. When an officer tried to apprehend him, a struggle ensued. Another officer shot and killed Stanley.
