An officer reportedly attempted to make a traffic stop at 3:59 p.m. Cedric Pritchard allegedly got out of his other with a gun as the officer approached and attempted to flee. The officer shot twice hitting Pritchard in the back and killing him. Officer cleared of wrongdoing.
