Cedric Djuan Reed and Kadeem Howell were both killed when riding in a stolen car being pursued by police. They ran at least two red lights and struck another car, which burst into flames; their other struck a pole, a fire hydrant, and flipped several times. The 17-year-old driver was caught and charged with two counts of vehicular homicide among other counts.
