At Rest

Vehic/Purs
Breeding, a Montgomery County deputy and a passenger on a motorcycle driven by a fellow deputy, was killed in an early-morning crash after a night of heavy drinking. The driver had twice the legal level of alcohol in his bloodstream and was angrily adamant that he'd been in a passenger car ("Who put me behind the wheel?") before being told of Breeding's death. He was charged with intoxication manslaughter.
This record exists so that Catherine Breeding, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
