Hudson was shot by police Cpl. Tyler Peninger and Officer Glen in the alley behind Hudson's former girlfriend's home, where police were dispatched to a report of domestic violence. Hudson was shot and killed after he approached the officers and the woman against the officers' commands and aimed a shotgun at them.
