Carlos Valencia, Jr. struck his roommate with a firearm, then barricaded himself into their room with a handgun and a shotgun. SWAT responded. Valencia shot at a SWAT truck. SWAT sent a robot-mounted camera into the residence. The camera found Valencia dead of a self-inflicted handgun wound.
