At about 5 p.m., agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives tracked a man to a other across the street from the Historic Sandy station, police said. Bryan Liles began to drive away with an agent trapped in the other. Another agent fired at him. He stopped the car, reached down, and was shot and killed.
