Officers responded to a disturbance inside a Walmart around 10:40 p.m. A man inside the store was making employees uncomfortable. The man, Bruce Williams Clark, had been seen with a weapon inside the store in the past and was asked to leave but refused. When Clark went outside the Walmart, Jacksonville Sheriff's officer S. Dorcelian approached him, Clark sprayed Dorcelian in the face with wasp spray, and Dorcelian shot and killed him.
