Deadly force
Deputies responded when a woman called 911 saying her husband came home from work early and was acting erratically, threatening her with weapons. The woman indicated there were multiple guns and knives in the home. When deputies arrived, at 11:25 a.m., Brian Puskas was in his yard and behaving erratically. Deputies spoke with Puskas for several minutes before shooting and killing him, as he brandished a gun.
