Officers arrived to a shooting call around 12:30 p.m. and found a dead man with multiple gunshot wounds, and witnesses pointed them toward Brian Moyer's apartment. Around 4:30 p.m., officers entered Brian Moyer's apartment. Inside, he was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot to the head.
