According to police, Brian Keith Boling fled as Detroit officers exited their cars during a traffic stop shortly before 10 p.m. Warren police joined the pursuit when Boling crossed into the suburb. Boling reportedly overshot a turn and hit a cyclone fence. Boling was impaled in the head by a 12-foot fence rail when it went through the front windshield and out the back of the truck.
