An officer tried to stop a other, but the driver fled. The officer pursued until the other veered off the road and struck a tree. Three teenagers -- Kevin Xzavier Angeles, 14, Nelson Steven Candelario Lopez Vargas, 15, and Brian Atian Hutson, 16 -- were killed.
