A warrant was being served on a Colorado man for a federal probation violation on a felon in possession of a firearm charge. Marshals and deputies initiated a traffic and approached the other, at which time the man, who was in the passenger seat of the other, put a gun to his head and shot himself, according to Albuquerque police.
