Around 9:50 p.m., officers were responding to a call. Officer Samuel Yoh saw a man walking in the roadway holding a rifle. When Yoh got out of his patrol other, Bradley Cutchens immediately began shooting at him. Yoh and his other were hit multiple times. Yoh's backup shot and killed Cutchens.
