Less-than-lethal force

Officers were called to Shaggy's Restaurant after a complaint of erratic and disorderly behavior from man inside the business, police said. Police found the man outside the restaurant and attempted to investigate the incident, but he was "resistive." Officers tasered and handcuffed the man, but his erratic behavior continued and American Medical Response ambulance service was called to the scene, he died shortly thereafter.
