On July 15, 2006, he allegedly attacked an officers with a ball point pen, which caused a fight with 5 officers. He was arrested and thrown in jail where he became unresponsive. He later died 5 days later in a Little Rock hospital with injuries that turned out to be a broken neck, broken ribs, and a severed spinal cord.
