Demarius Rubin, 29, allegedly was running from police in a stolen truck when he hit another other head on. The impact sent Rubin's car into the median where it overturned, killing him. The other driver was Bernard Steffel, 91, and he and his wife, Marilyn Steffel, 89, were also killed.
