Police said they were tipped off by a man in the Kroger parking lot who suspected two teenagers were up to no good. Benjamin Hamblin and Christopher Darice Brown allegedly stole a Dodge Ram pickup truck from the parking lot and police chased the teens during rush hour. Both teens died after the truck went out of control and struck two cars before hitting a tree.
