Deadly force
Police responded to reports of a shooting. Osorio allegedly shot at another man but missed then got into his truck and shot himself under the chin. Police asked him to get out and drop the gun and Osorio got out with a pistol in his hand. Officers David Garcia, David Enriquez, Nicole Quijas, Ryan Shifflett, and William Sweet opened fire and killed him.
