Deputies and police officers were chasing an allegedly stolen truck when it crashed, and Austin Hines got out of the other and pointed a gun at police. He allegedly got inside and drove off in an unmarked police other, which he fled in and was chased again by police. He was apparently shot and killed by police during the second chase.
