Less-than-lethal force

According to internal affairs officers, officer Mark A. Parmer, 29, became angry after his then-girlfriend's (since have been married) 6-year-old daughter after she vomited on his shirt. Parmer grabbed Hardcastle by the arms and pushed her hard away and shook her telling her to cut it out. Her injuries were so severe she required life flight to Memorial Hermann hospital where she died from her injuries shortly after.
