Ata Yassin Shalabi, 46, was a Palestinian man from Qabatia town, south of Jenin in the northern West Bank. He was shot and killed by Israeli soldiers during a pre-dawn military raid on December 8, 2022, when Israeli forces invaded Jenin city and the Jenin refugee camp. The operation resulted in the deaths of three Palestinians, including Ata, Tareq Fawzi Ad-Damaj, and Sidqi Siddeeq Zakarna, as well as injuries to several others.
