Police said Ashley Elisna Grammer was a fugitive being sought on two $50,000 warrants. Police encountered Grammer parked in a stolen Toyota 4Runner. As three officers got out the car, Grammar started the 4Runner and slammed it into reverse, hitting the police car and knocking one officer down. Grammar rammed the police other numerous times, and the officers shot and killed her.
