Officer Adam Casaus was accused of crashing into an SUV, killing Ashley Browder and seriously injuring her sister, Lindsay Browder. He was off-duty and driving home at the time. Casaus claimed he was chasing a dangerous driver that night when the crash happened. The jury in the trial found Adam Casaus guilty of two counts of careless driving.
