Around 1:20 p.m., Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers attempted to pull over a other along the Turner Turnpike. The driver refused to stop, and troopers chased him at speeds reaching 100 miles per hour. Eventually, the chase ended when Arron Turner Starks lost control and flipped the car, killing Starks.
