Officers were in pursuit of Armonda Contreras who got out of his other and entered the Tienda Y Taqueria Mexican restaurant. Once inside the restaurant, Contreras started throwing bottles at the officers, who then tasered him. During a scuffle, Contreras allegedly went after an officer's Taser. Officers shot and killed him.
