Deadly force

Officers responding to a disturbance call at an apartment building found an SUV parked out front. Officers went to the car and found a man who appeared to be asleep inside. One officer saw a handgun sitting on the passenger side and opened the door to secure the weapon. Armand Bell reacted to the movement and struggled with the officer over the gun. Bell began driving away during the struggle and the officer pulled his gun and fatally shot Bell.
