Ariel Russo, 4, was killed, and her grandmother critically injured, as they were pinned against a streetside restaurant by a 17-year-old unlicensed driver being chased by police. He'd been pulled over for erratic driving, then pursued for fleeing a traffic stop. The Russo family was awarded $150,000 in a civil suit against the city.
