Fort Wayne Police Officer Joshua Franciscy fired his gun, killing 31-year-old Antron "Fetti" Pearson in the parking lot of Broadway Joe's restaurant. Police said Pearson had a gun, and a gun was allegedly recovered. Family said he didn't have a gun and had no reason to fire on police.
