A deputy reportedly saw Joshua Soule driving erratically and suspected him of driving under the influence. When the deputy tried to stop him, Soule took off, starting a short chase through a neighborhood. The pursuit lasted about 30 seconds before two pedestrians were hit. Antrel Garnigan, 28, was killed, and the other person was injured. Soule was charged with second-degree murder, DWI and fleeing to elude.
