At 6:18 p.m., Anthony Williams' neighbor called 911 after his partner went to the neighbor's house seeking help. She told the neighbor Williams was intoxicated, threatening suicide and shooting a gun in the house.Officers Chris Wall and Josh Clift were both in the backyard when they spotted Williams, who allegedly had a firearm in his hand. Police shot and killed him at 6:55 p.m.
