An officer attempted to pull a other over when a other went past him at 104 mph. Christian Morrow, 21, fled eastbound toward Washington County. The officer engaged his emergency lights and sirens and pursued the other. Morrow rear ended Anna Pearson's 2012 Toyota Scion hatchback, killing her.
