Police got calls about a man reportedly firing a gun outside the police department's headquarters. Six officers went out to investigate. Police allege a person came at them screaming and armed with a handgun. Angelo Weitz did get down on their stomach, but reportedly continued screaming. He allegedly stood back up, pointed the gun at them, and began running at them. Five officers shot and killed Weitz .
