At 1:36 a.m., police were called numerous times about a driver in an SUV going the wrong direction on the inner loop of New Circle Road. A Lexington police officer reportedly was at the end of her shift and crashed into the SUV. Both drivers were taken to a hospital. The woman driving the SUV, Angelina Sue Raad, was killed.
