Police allege Andy Escobar had a gun and robbed a man's wallet and keys at a liquor store in Strasburg, then fled in his victim's car. Speeds exceeded 100 mph at times. Deputies stopped Escobar on I-70 and ordered him out of the other. When he did not get out, Denver police officers fired unspecified less-lethal rounds at him. They reportedly heard a gunshot in the other and found Escobar with a fatal self-inflicted gunshot.
