Around 6:30 a.m., an officer reportedly saw a silver four-door other commit an unspecified traffic violation. The officer and the silver other stopped in the parking lot of a Circle K. Officers learned of a prior shooting, allegedly by 34-year-old Andrew Scott Kislek, and the officer realized he or she had unknowingly stopped Kislek. A confrontation occurred between the officer and Kislek, and the officer shot and killed Kislek.
