Deadly force

Police said Andrew Gwynn, who was walking around, was contacted by a police officer on patrol. When the officer went back to his other to check the man's information, the man took off running. A foot pursuit began, until the man allegedly turned and pulled a gun on the officer. The officer then shot and killed him.
