Deadly force
Deputies responded to a call in reference to a suspicious male attempting to break into homes. When deputies arrived and began checking for the suspect, they encountered a man walking in the roadway. A deputy stepped out of his car to speak with the man, and they fought until the deputy shot and killed Andrew John Mason.
