Police were dispatched to a protection-from-abuse violation. While police were there,Andrew Dzwonchyk reportedly showed up in his other. A struggle began while troopers were attempting to arrest him. Dzwonchyk allegedly drove at and dragged a trooper with the other. Troopers shot and killed Dzwonchyk.
